Website Accessibility Statement
10 September 2026
Al Mouna Travel works so that people who use this website — including people with disabilities — can read the journeys, send a request, and reach the desk with the same information as any other traveller. A request on this site is not a payment.
The standard we follow
We design and operate the site with applicable law in mind, and with generally recognised guidance for website accessibility. The current reference is the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Levels A and AA (WCAG 2.2). Those guidelines can change; we follow the version that is current. This page is an orientation draft, not a legal opinion and not a claim of full conformance.
How we keep working on it
We review the site on a recurring basis from both an engineering and a traveller’s point of view, including assistive technology such as screen readers and magnifiers, and feedback from people who use them. The work is ongoing. If a page is still hard to use, say so — we do not hide that the work continues.
Contact the desk about accessibility
If a particular page is difficult, write to the desk and name the page or its address. We will make a reasonable effort to help. Do not send payment details in that message.
WhatsApp the desk about this pageDraft for orientation. Not legal advice. Verify locally before launch.
