How do offers work?
An offer is a stay we have written clearly enough to show: hotel, days, and a starting price. Sending a request is asking the desk to check those dates. It is not buying a voucher PDF and it is not a checkout.
How do I book a hotel from an offer?
Open the offer, send a request with dates and travellers, and wait for the written quote. The sooner you write, the sooner the desk can ask the hotel. We do not sell a limited “inventory voucher” that you then redeem yourself.
Can I get a refund if I cannot use an offer I only requested?
There is nothing to refund until money was collected under a written confirmation. If you already paid that way, eligibility is what that writing and the cancellation page said.
Can I combine offers or extend nights?
Write what you want. The desk will say if the hotel can join nights or move you to another stay. Do not assume two page prices add together.
Is the price per person?
Read the offer. Many stays are written per room for two adults. Extra guests and children are confirmed in the quote.
Do you offer flights?
Some journeys include transfers or tickets only when the written quote says so. This site is not an airline. We do not send you to a sister flight-club.
What does an extra night mean?
If a stay is written as a set number of nights, another night is a new check with the hotel, priced in writing. It is not a second voucher you must buy first.
Can you provide more details about the room?
The offer names the hotel and the class of stay we wrote. Further room facts come from the hotel or the quote. We display what we have checked; we do not invent a bed type.
What currency am I paying in?
The currency is the one in the written quote, usually Saudi riyals unless that writing says otherwise. There is no checkout page on this site in the current release.
How do I know if a stay is no longer available?
The desk will say so in the reply. A page can still show a starting price after those dates have filled. The quote is what counts.
Where can I find more information about a stay?
On the offer: days, hotel, inclusions, and cancellation language. Children, taxes, and extra beds are confirmed in the quote if they are not already written. For facts we do not have, the desk asks the hotel.
Do you sell spa, restaurant, or activity vouchers?
No. This website does not sell redeemable vouchers for spas, restaurants, or tickets. If a stay includes a visit, it is named in the quote.
How do I know I am getting a stay the house would take?
We do not publish a stay we would not arrange for our own travellers. We do not claim thirty million members or a twenty-five-year voucher marketplace.
Can you check availability for me?
Yes — that is what a request is for. We do not have a live hotel reservation screen on this site. Dates stay subject to the hotel until the quote is written.
Can I request by telephone?
Use WhatsApp from this site or the request form. We do not publish a payment-by-phone line, and we will not ask you to read a card number into a chat.
What payment methods do you accept?
Only the method the desk names in writing after the quote. We do not list card brands or PayPal on this page, because this release does not take a card on the site.
What will you do with billing information?
Do not send card secrets in a form or in WhatsApp. If a processor is added later, that processor — not this help page — will handle the card. See the Privacy Policy and Terms.
What if the hotel closes before we travel?
Write to the desk. We will say in writing what can be done. We do not hold voucher face-value credits under another country’s gift-card rule.
Can you change the name on a stay?
Before the hotel holds the room, write the correct names. After that, the hotel decides. We do not issue a voucher you can hand to someone else.
Do you have promo codes?
No checkout means no promo-code field. Any courtesy rate is written on the quote, not pasted into a box.
I still have questions.
Write to the desk and name the offer. If the answer is not on the offer or in these pages, we will ask the hotel or say that we do not know yet.
